About the Author

My name is C. LaForey and I'm a writer and novice website designer. As I mentioned in the About page, this is not a government sponsored site and I'm not in the cellphone business.

I created the site because I had been researching the topic to help a relative of mine. The topic was interesting and I had gathered a lot of information. Rather than let the information sit collecting dust, I decided to share what I've learned with the public.

This is a one-person operation and I work on the site as time permits. I hope you find the information within the site helpful.
